Dirty linen. Not swept rooms. Non functional shower. Did not recharged TV, hair of previous guests spread. Around on bed and linen.

Good hotel for stay at Gangtok

familyThe location of the hotel is good. It's 700 to 800 mtrs from MG market, 10 minutes walking distance to MG market, the hotel is new, the behaviour of the staff is good. No room service except tea service at room. The hotel is clean. Rooms are newly furnished including bathroom, the bathroom fittings are good and clean, but only one thing is very bad service regarding TV. They are not properly recharging the Tata Sky so for that unable to enjoy TV at night. Food is good

Comfortable and clean

This hotel is really good. Very clean room with all modern amenities. For someone who is looking for budget hotel but clean and comfortable room. This is the best option. Location wise also this is situated bear to mg market. Local taxi is easily available. Food is okay not bad in emergency situation. Staff is courteous, service is amazing and owner is very cooperative.

Perfect Oyo hotel for stay

Good but staff were not cooperative

Staff was not cooperative, not all facilities mentioned in MMT were available, like- fan, laundry, etc. The tv was not working. First, we booked for one day and then we rebooked for one more day and then we were asked to shift to another room which was smaller and were asked to shift immediately and in the process my husband lost his flip flop, he forgot his slipper in the previous room and later when we inform the admin about it, they didn't help us to find it. Otherwise fine. Rooms were very clean.

Pretty good for Solo traveller

Located in palm or stadium Road. 5 - 10 mins walk downhill from mg Road. Clean rooms and washroom with all basic amenities. Elderly people might face some issue in walking. Overall pretty good and definitely recommend this to everyone.
