The room was spacious but it was not clean and there were mosquitoes in the room at night. The behavior of the staff good ac and the lighting was very good it situated at main road so that it is easy to reach it is recommended for those coming to qvc akshardham as it is within walking distance.

Payment update issue

If we book a hotel through mm t so mm t showing payment successful but when we reach hotel so hotel receptionist said that we did'nt received complete payment and u have to pay extra amount that's a big issue of hotel just because of this issue guest lost their time and on that time not a good feel just beacause of payment issue. But at the end what extra amount i paid hotel receptionist mm t refunded we. But this is a big issue please in future resolve all thing so that guest can feel free entry in hotel. Thanks
