Poor maintenence and poorer cleanliness.

The reception area was stinking. Room initially offered was also stinking and had no air conditioning. Alternate Room was allotted when the above were pointed out. The commode flush on toiletof alternate room was leaking. A third room was then allotted. The toilet of this was stinking and dirty. Ashtray in the room was not emptied. No dust bin in room. The blanket provided was soiled. No drinking water provided. Reception staff appeared to be demotivated. Will never stay in this hotel.
