This hotel is fraud. I book this hotel 17 to 19 dc after booking i visit to hotel lakshya first of all there is same hotel but hotel name is change, and manager said there is no booking then i called to the customer care there is no response from make my trip side. Dont book from makemytrip

Worst stay ever

Bed was full of hairs, no running water in Washry, manager least bothered to listen to my problems, asked for a bottle of water which I never received.

Lacks concern for patrons

The water situation is really bad, it also doesn't help that room didn't have a working geyser. Also, I had to ask multiple times to send me the food menu which never reached me. In the end, I had to order food from someplace else.

soloWorst experience with hotel room till date, they provided me room which was not cleaned first and didn't even serve food, AC was not working, water was not coming.

Worth staying here

The room is noise free, spacious, a bit old but clean. The reception people are sweet and responsive. The bathroom was having some small problems, but didn't cause much discomfort. Over all, a nice place to stay.
