Hotel O MANSION SUITES

Hotel people denied to give the check in, they're asked for extra 2200- for ac room. I'm totally disappointed with this hotel. I hv not stayed this hotel. I am seeking for full refund

Kindly initiate refund for the payment done. We didn't get the room at the property as the hotel was sold out

Rooms are not upto mark and service is very very poor and they are saying that we are not accepting the booking and demanding extra amount and according to location wise it is preferred.

No minimum maintenance nothing

Beautiful rooms furnished with good quality furniture are allotted post an easy check-in. Fresh amd crisp linens are put on the bed. Hotel staff is welcoming and very kind. Health and hygiene norms are strictly followed. Had a great time during my stay.

The staff was very late to respond. The room was not neat at all, rats and lizards are in the room. Water did not come until l the next day. Power was gone and no backup.

Check -in was on time and the experience was good but i ordered breakfast when check-in and there was no breakfast provided.

I didn't feel good because i booked suite room but it is not available so i stayed in normal room it's not comfortable to stay in that way. Make sure it doesn't happen in that way i felt really bad about that. I jst did

I booked 2 rooms, 1 bed was broken, after repeatedly complain to fix, it was not done so after 5 days we stopped complaining

The facilities provided not met my expectations and the management is not responding on the issues raised

Feel good to stay. Decent stay

Stayed here for 4 days in suite. Location is good. But no canteen or food available in hotel. They not changed bedsheet for 4 continuous days. No bills provided for mineral water. Dustbin not cleared proactively.

Hi, we have booked room from 05-04-2022 12. 00 pm to 06-04-2022 11. 00 am and payment also done at the time of booking, but due to bus delay we have reached the hotel by 7. 00 am on 06-04-2022. But when we reached the hotel, reception team said u have to check in by 12. 00 pm on 05-04-2022, but u have came lately that's y we have sold to other customers. We have asked we have booked room and done payment also then how u allocate to other people, the receptionist behave neglectly and not responded properly but after some issue they have allocated room to us after 1 hour that with out proper cleaning and hygiene and asked to pay more 300.

This very bad hotel hotel

No temperature checks the staff was not wearing masks, no breakfast, there was no facility for lunch an they told to order food online i went outside and bought the food, they charged extra charges even i checked in after 10 am.

Good location near to malls and movie theater and near to metro station

Budget hotel, ok, good hygiene

Place is located at the center of the city aupwrmarkets restaurants bus stops and metro is very near to the hotel

No hot water they give only hot water bucket if u call only phone will be dont work also mosquitoes are there no ac properly looks good but inside waste of money
