It was my pathetic experience with Oyo hotel Shannu grand at Sai nagar tapovan colony Karmanghat. I have made a classic room booking with air conditioning but the reception was demanding more money on check in. beside not provided proper bed roll room cleaning disgusting staff did not bother even. I felt suffocated and have breathing issues after stating the same onwer shifted to a better.
