We reached the Hotel at 10 pm. Manager of the hotel said there is no Booking in your name. After calling Make My Trip 4 times and every time holding phone for 20-25 minutes at 00:15 we got the rooms. Worst quality rooms, no facility was there. No TV, no soap, no towel, no hot water, no drinking water, no glass. On double bed a single blanket. We feel cheated. Thanks Make My Trip for making my stay such horrible.
