Hotel O Paradise Vacation Hotel

It was not terrible they people are cheating guests. They given us room in another cheap hotel and also did the same with many other guests. Please cancel their membership as they are only cheating and soon you will hear any criminal news because the hotel room they shifted us was having serious issue with woman safety.

Check in denied by the hotel they told me you can occupy room for 2-3 hours * as others do and other excuse is rooms are fully booked offline i spend 4 hours in waiting area to get resolution but no solution or refund provided by the hotel then i called mmt customer support to get solution after 5 hours of headache shifted to other hotel don't choose o paradise vacation hotel hotel head never pick call and hotel staff try to do scam

Even after informing the Oyo representative on call regarding late check in, when I reached hotel premises it was locked from inside. After a number knock it got open, then staff told that there is no booking for you, after showing message the provided a very dirty non AC Room & stained washroom. When I requested to clean, they didn't clean it and said that this staff/service room. Property location is also filthy and without parking space.
