staff not co-ordinate my stay place hotel after that suffer Visiter. In shot your facility very poor including your office staff.

I was booking a very good condition hotel also I received Booking confirmation but I contact to hotel they said your named booking not showed in my hotel booking order not confirm my order,they allotted low review/grade hotel
