Hotel O Patliputra View

At first there was no arrangement for rooms to stay, nor AC . It was horrible experience we had during our stay. Now and in future I will not book any hotel through make my trip. This was really terrible. Also dirty rooms along with not any arrangement. Really horrible. Worst

room was not clean , bedsheet was used, washroom was also dirty, ac was not working full time,staff behaviour was not good.

It was good staying here, nice staff and behaviour, location was also good, room was clean, they also provide parking space for car, overall good experience.

The ambience of the hotel was scary. Hotel manager was talking very rudely and angrily. They don't know how to deal with the issues or complaints. I asked him about the issue in ac then he got angry by my complaint. He threatened me and said "rehna hai rah o warna yaha se chle jao then he added ki bihar mein aaye ho shanti se raho" hotel staff cut the power of ac of my room. They did a lot of drama while checkin. They want some extra 1000 rupees. When i contacted make my trip customer care then only i got my room. Totally unsafe environment for a family or couple. Better not to stay here. Linen provided was dirty or some blood patches were there in the linen. Bed sheet wasn't changed when i entered into my room. When i requested them to change it pols so they change it by some other used bedsheet. I came here to stay for my exam which were being held at danapur. But ended up to sleepless night because of the humid temperature in the room. Ac ki power cut kar di thi attendant ne owner ke kehne par. Cheap behaviour. Ultimately i felt that i should've stay to some other place but not this.

The room manager and honour are the very worst people i have booked an ac room but given a non ac room also not given a towels chair. The property ambiance is very bad.

After booking the owner of the hotel charges extraa 1000 amount and the hotel rooms are not safe for the family and couples

Totally unsatisfied with the behaviour of hotel staff. As they were telling give worse to their costaff. And as same they provided me the room full of garbage and dust. Neither bathroom nor living room.

Bed sheet, curtain cover like stuff was not washed. I've to stay for a night only to take my exams in the morning so i avoided any sort of argument. Pros : 1. After showing my booking the response at the reception was very welcoming. 2. Washroom was clean and with nice fragrance. 3. Ac and lcd was there but i've not used though so i can't say about it's operability. Cons: 1. They don't have sealed bottle of water, after asking for it they give me the water they called filtered. 2. They don't have good staffs as i found just two guys there, one was seeing reception work and the other one was who gave me water was ok. 3. Bed sheet, curtain cover and pillow cover were not washed.

My stay here was fantastic! friendly staff, clean rooms, and a perfect location. I will definitely be coming back.
