Hotel O Rich Inn

The experience was not good, the hotel denied the booking. And post that i had to book another hotel.

Nice hotel, hotel staff was great. The room was clean and bright. I'll recommend this hotel to my friends.

The hotel rooms are neat and clean and the toilet is also room service is ok it takes 10 minutes when u order some thing

At night 1 pm i reach there with my family and the owner asks rs 600 extra for my child for tht i booked another hotel and paid rs 1000 in another hotel, next day also for my booking of two rooms he again demands for 500 rs for each room saying that our terrif is high and u booked for cheaper price.

Hotel owner asks for extra money for room though the paymnt has already been done. Booking done through app doesnt matter for him. Normal room, not a hotel feel

The location was okay. e-rickshaws and autos were easily available. The guy at the reception deceived us while we booked an auto through him for Wagah Border. Charged 200 extra for some stupid reason. The property was not that clean as we might expect. Also, you can just spend a night here. If you are on a vacation, please book some other nice hotel. The uncle was nice who cleaned our rooms. Kitchen was open for all. We bought milk and made tea, coffee, etc. So that was a plus point. Food was not as good as it should be. Drinking and smoking was allowed. The only concern was the cleanliness part.

If you are Reading this than my only word of advice would be 'don't book this hotel'. It cancels your booking at the very last moment leaving you with your loved ones stranded & than try to fleece you. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

The location was near ISBT, so it was very comfortable roam around in city from hotel, room was clean, servic was quick, good value for money, their geyser made me miss hot water in cold morning, overall a good experience,

Hotel rich inn is newly built. But there are many cons. *No Soap for handbags. *No towel. *Rooms on the top floor( if you book a room online then they gives you room on top floor which is very difficult for old men or injured men. This is the mean cons. * Rooms are small. * Very high rate
