I booked a room, but upon arrival, the hotel denied the booking, stating they do not accept bookings. I had to pay an additional 700 for the room on the spot. Very disappointed with this experience

Unhygienic and poorly maintained hotel. Not recommended for family. Booked for 2 adults and 2 children, but they said in our system showing only for 2 adults. Paid extra for children. Worst hotel, don't know how makemytrip collaborate with them. Purely for people uses bar and restaurant
