Firstly Small room , No storage space for luggage ,Stain walls, dirty linen .Breakfast is included in package but hotel doesn't serve Breakfast. broken furniture.

washroom. Dirty place. Unhygenic. Please at-least clean it once a day. Or shut the hotel up. Coz it is not a place where anyone can stay. Worst place to stay in surat.
