Hotel O Sri Balaji Lodge Secunderabad

No room service. No tv (tata sky subscription expired. No a/c (box is there but no fan/ac. No sanitization (we need to ask for changing bed sheets also. No room cleaning. Poor furnishings. Dirty & decolum peeled off teapoy. No parking. For everything, the manager/proprietor says what you will get for 1000- per day for room?

-First of all it took me 30 minutes to fin out this place. The location on map was incorrect and directed me to an unknown place in the galis of Hyderabad. -They bloody need to update the location on google maps. - No blanket given in hotel. So couldn't sleep all night as I was cold . -Dirty bedsheets and pillow covers. -Bathroom was not flushed. -Tv only had one channel, couldn't pay the bills I guess. Which ain't my main concern. - So many mosquitoes without the fan they would give left my skeleton so had to switch on the fan. But no blanket. I don't reccomend this to any one has some standards of their own.

Very bad rooms and hotel. Not Worth the amount I have paid

I will never use these things because after that day I can't cancel my booking also.

Location - No issue. Services - Cleanliness is much to be improved. I have to shift to another room as water heater and air-conditioning not working. Also, the room and the linen were dirty. In the next room also air-conditioning was an issue. Not able to adjust the temperature and the main switch has to be switched off to stop the air conditioner fan to stop.

Horrible! I did not even stay for a couple of hours. Those rooms are very dirty with torn bedsheets, providing loose drinking water bottles and the manager/proprietor was saying, he will not provide anything to Oyo customers and said do not expect anything from us. I have to argue for AC and lot of argument, he switched on the ac But, by that time, my patience has run out and I cannot think of spending 05 days in that hostile atmosphere and walk out, just after just 02 hours after entering the Lodge at 8:00 an with my wife and had to find out another shelter. Remember I am a 60-year man and can speak Telugu. I didn't get the refund either. I just paid rent for 05 days and stayed for 02 hours. I stayed in a number of hotels in Mysuru, Bengaluru, and Pune, but never saw such a dirty Lodge with a skeleton staff, showing all the tricks to save every penny, like switching off AC from a remote switch. I don't knowledge, how Oyo hotels, affiliating such a dirty hotel into their network. I will never recommend that hotel to any person, even, outside the Oyo network. The patron may catch up with infections. I will try to upload some pictures if that hotel.

There was no rooms to stay. We faced problem to search another Lodge. This Lodge totally under repair. So they did not arrange room for us. It's very bad. You should argue this problem to them.

Reception manager very bad, room service was not good, no breakfast, no dustbin in the room, no room cleaning, very bad experience first time with OYO. Never be stay in that hotel.

Overall very poor. No proper services, very poor breakfast. Very poor room.

Pathetic experience with no service at all. Like a call in secunderabad.
Horrible place with no service at all. Why don't you check the facility for basic minimum infrastructure before registration. Pathetic stay. Never booking with you another time.

Awesome stay, clean room, good location, near by all facility's all is good in this stay.
