Super Hotel O Stayo

Bad Smell in Rooms, Bad Housekeeping. Bedsheets not changed for a week. Cockroaches in room. No proper response from staff. No Breakfast facility.

There is no proper room, No water, No mirror, No fridge, No proper Ac, very rough reception..

Bedhseet unwashed and full of small hairs, blanket has terrible ladies hairs. Towel has too hair. 4 days stay but room service only 1 day. Towel changed just once in 4 days. So stupid staff, they will say, its its done and when i see, they havent done nothing. Cockroach a lot near bed, feared to sleep at night.

The room was spacious and well maintained, but they are not using room freshener and there are some mosquitoes are there and they didn’t providing any mosquito repellents. So i gave 4 other wise i would have given 5

Kudos to the housekeeping team. My room was always in top-notch condition.

The staff here was attentive and helpful. They were quick for service. They also paid atention to everything
