I had very terrible experience in this hotel.I had booked and when I reached there they clearly denied to give room charges and they took additionally amount and hotel condition is very dirty and I didn't get any reason to give 1 star but there is no option for zero

The ac n tv was not working. The housekeeping did not come for cleaning. Bad service.

Taking extra charge after confirmation and rude behaviour of staff and pathetic room condition. Not ever suggest to book room in this hotel.

If you booked online then he demands extra money at the time check in. For me demands extra 500rs room is also very pathetic. Service not good i don't suggest to anyone this hotel.

Never ever book this hotel. They provided us smelly room, there is nothing related to hygiene. People were smoking in the hotel,

The behavior of the hotel stuff was polite. But we faced lack of facilities. We had to ask so many times for an extra pillow, a bucket and a mug etc. They didn't respond immediately and provide it after asking so many times. Besides we faced lot of troubles due to insufficient running water. The room was also not clean. The towels were stored but they didn't provide. It is ok for only one night stay if there is no other options.

Hotel manger charge-ed extra 500 rupees

Hotel receptionist take 1075 extra for the stay. When i ask what is the reason he said if you give me this amount then i allowed to stay here. Nothing is good in that hotel

Hotel staff is very helpful and very friendly

The hotel was not at all clean we had to stay because of the booking being with the family and a small child in hand, firstly they denied checking on tariff issue which we had to deal by paying extra from our pocket and secondly the did nkt have a kitchen which we needed for baby's milk as they arranged upon request in the afternoon and denied in the evening which we personally had to arrange, it was an unpleasant stay. No toiletries, no hygeine, no manners from the manager.

They said they are not taking online booking at 10 pm on arrival after a short discussion agreed that booking is confirmed and gave me a dirty room. Air conditioner was noisy bathroom appliances were not working properly bad smell all around. Dark room and walls were dirty. They do not offer water, and food not served my booking was with dinner and breakfast. I had to depend on saini dhaba nearby for my dinner and left room to save my life at 9 am after spending a sleepless night.

Fro d service for you i book room on legal price but hotel reception manager demand extra rupis

There was no food, tea, towel. Anything except room and even for that he asked for 800 extra

The staffs are rude. Asked me to pay an extra amount. Room had no window. The only plus point is that it is very close to the airport.
