the pictures did not match to the actual room i was allocated, the checkin process was smooth but entering the room was an unpleasant experience as the linens were stained and the washroom was not tidy as well. Apart from that the TV was not functional and the staff used to switch off the ac during late at nights which is unusual as i hv paid for the days i am staying so why would u do such a thing.

we are booked room including breakfast but the hotel people not provided breakfast how to i get my breakfast ammount return

I have booked with 3 meals breakfast, lunch and dinner but they have not provided me single meals. even the rooms was worst. even tv is not working. used bed sheets was provided. they have given me local water bottle and water is filled in tap. I highly recommend any one to not go there. in washrooms the water is totally smelly

Not happy with the experience with make my trip as even after doing advance payment for hotel at the time of check in hotel denied due to unavailability of room. I got a refund back by makemytrip but it was a terrible experience to find another hotel at 4 am in the morning

The hotel people asked money from me i payed them extra. First day no ac, 2nd day no heater, the off the electricity in morning, the dont have bedsheet pillow cover blanket cover, rude behavior, dirty room, first day full was dusty and dirty bathroom door is broken, bathroom pipe speed is very low, etc. I recommend please dont take your family here.

Worst stay i ever had bed sheet was so dirty i didn’t get the break fast in app there was breakfast included but they said we don’t have kitchen so we don’t offer breakfast and the took extra 200 rs after payment done so bad experience

Little bit difficult to reach to hotel. Wash room door are not working. Bed sheet are visible stains. Better for solo travelers only.

it was a horrible experience right from being refused to checkin and being asked and harassed to pay the complete amount again at the hotel, to not even being provided a bottle of water. to add to it the bedsheets and pillow covers were stinking and I have got rashes because of the same.

Worst experience. Manager asked 1500 more to allow us checking. Need to call mm t to sort it out. Was waiting outside for hr with family at 3am. Room allowed was very bad.

Was denied service, even though i had paid for it they were asking for more money.

The hotel is never allow us to check in with the amount we paid. They are asking extra rs 500 and finally we have to give. We have not obtained any support regarding this extra payment and finally we have to pay to the hotel. they are helplessly returning because of this rude behaviour from the hotel

I'm staying here for two days but the hotel provides a no ac room but i was booked for an ac room, after reaching the hotel he demanded an extra amount for confirmation of booking. I paid 500 extra for confirmation. I'm successfully complaining but not responding me.

Stay was quite and good, near to metro and mmts, santhosh and service staff is good and co-operative will recommend for my friends

Name of the hotel was not visible from the road had to book another hotel, environment was awful. It was in a small lane.
