Very bad

Hi team, the stay was worse than terrible, heres why : 1)i had done a booking, before check in i called them, and then asked them if i could come, they approved, next at time of check in they demanded extra 250 from me. 2)upon check in i found these issues: a)wifi not available as owner not paid bill 2)geyser not working properly 3)geyser hot water tap non functional 4)inside door latch broken 5)door handle broken(they just put fevicol there now) points 4 and 5 hampered my security and my luggage security, i came and got stuck in my room ! 6)ground floor rooms were available but they denied asking for much more payment ! (i have a spine injury i had to go up and down the stairs with my bag)making my health worse ! watch me escalate it nationally. My arrival auto expenses were around 150 or so.

Room was not at all acceptable. Full of mosquitos. Wall was bad. Ac point was broken. Bathroom fitting were leaking and no blanket provided. The hotel staff was good, polite and helpful but they said that room is only available on that price range.

It charges extra money at the moment of giving room

Stay was overall good. Staffs behaviour was also nice. Rooms could be better but for the price range that was okay.

They asked me money on the arrival like double the amount i hd paid in mmt. Else they asked me to cancel l the hotel

Not a single per-sent room is match with photos, worst maintenance, no blankets providing, not accepting the price asking full money, no power backup, cockroaches also staying with as, mosquito making party on me

The room is terrible, we paid additional 800rs in the time of checkin. Please remove this kind of hotels from your list, otherwise i will lost trust makemytrip

with due respect i have booked an room on dated 03/03/2023 when i reached at there at 8.30 pm the hotel receptionist denied me that there is no booking by you. the previous booking was rate increased you should pay more 500 for this room. i denied to pay and call to oyo room and they sure to refund my money. so, i request to please return my money as soon as possible.

Room was not cleaned properly. Tv, geyser, ac not in operational condition. Wifi recharge is over. And most terrible thing was the sleeping mattress. On o

Awesome stay

don't ever choose it. its the exactly opposite of what they show in. don't expect any service there. stinky bathroom, room smells as if no one has entered into that room from years. no working air conditioner. dirty room bad service. never suggest even get free . i left that hotel immediately and moved to another facility as i was with my family. spoke to the owner too but he said he will call me back but that also didn't happen.

My train was late and reached hotel at 9. They were like "we will close the door by 11:30 and will sleep". So we need to quickly manage everything by that time including dinner. It feels like a cage not a hotel on this part. Staff behavior was not polite at all. We asked for tea/coffee (any hot drink) in breakfast which were not available. We said we will pay separately and still they couldn't manage. Simply not going to book this again and I don't suggest anyone else. Cause you will get better facilities in same price around.

The property was at a good place. Rooms were really clean and spacious. Good service. Even smaller issues was taken care of at the reception quickly. Overall it was a delight to stay at the property.
