Hotel O Utsav

Dear team, why u guys listed this hotel while it's denied to stay. I was traveling with my family, how i suffered only we know. I am also going for the compliment in the court.

Room was clean. Eas approached

Such hotels should be blacklisted at online platform.

Hotel and hotel service is very bad. I had booked for 2 nights but I stay only for one night.

I enjoyed my journey. Bcoz Hotel is near to Station not so far. Proper facility, security, services.

Good hotel, location and room services but room and bathroom are not good for ladies.

Superb service, rooms are clean and behavior of staff is good, no extra charges for anything.

Overall experience was good and staff was polite.
Window glass should be such so less traffic noise comes inside room.

Hotel is situated near railway station at city bus stand and the room was clean and had sufficient space. Go for it if you are looking for a hot near railway station with a budget.

Its good the service, Location & cleaning etc. Are good service provided by them is good, room service is good only the cleaning portion is not that much good. Ambience is also good. The Overall feedback from my side that it was good.

The place is quite approachable and can easily be reached but the facilities needs to be improved and a lot of work is required to be done in terms of service as well as cleanliness. Hotel management needs to improve a lot.

Full of cockroaches and insects, dirty room and toilet, my wife has been bitten by poisonous insect .. A total disaster. I will rate this hotel as 1/5 Full of cockroaches and insects

Very bad hotel, make my trip should remove this from hotel list. It's a worst hotel. I saw in my lifetime who shut your AC in between like mid night. Horrible experience.
