Hotel O Well Quest Palace Private Limited

i booked this hotel from MMT.after reach at this hotel reception man told me that AC room is not vacant so accommodate for 1-2 hr in waiting room.room was very dirty and blanket washroom has foul smelling.i stay here for my specialist medical officer exam.whole night I can’t sleep .i request to MMT kindly remove this hotel from you site.

Firstly, after visiting the hotel, they said there are no vacant rooms despite getting advance payment. They said this is how they operate and don't care if you pay. after verbal dispute we managed to get a room but that was in pathetic condition and very dirty. Then we were shifted to another room but again room was very dirty and bathroom had extremely bad smell with no cleaning even though we stayed for 2 days.

The staff's behaviour was good but there was no complementary soap for hand wash or body wash. Not even a single complementary bottle in the room. The basic hygiene and room maintenance is required

I booked through mmt. When i arrived at 10 pm for check in. Firstly don't show room after completion of entry they show me non ac say that this is room for yoo. I asked i have pay for ac room they say that all are booked. When they talk to someone those person say you have to pay an extra amount 200 for ac room. They also say if you complain to customer care mmt i will don't give you room. They give me a threat to don't give you room. Room is not well maintain also and not cleaned properly.

Staff was really impressive, the accommodation was quite comfy, overall, a lovely experience.

The stay was nice, behaviour of the person at reception and room service was also decent, surely consider this stay if ever visiting again.

Front office manager was awesome. He was almost meeting every guests and trying to make sure that all guests are comfortable
