The deal with this Hotel One Place was just mind-blowing as through MMT I have got the room for just under Rs. 1000/-. The room is clean and has an LED TV with cable connection. The front Office (Lobby) and the restaurant were under renovation and is simply awesome the way its shaping up, and the ambiance looks that its gonna be very pleasant once its completed. The restaurant had restricted access since its under renovation so I could not see the place but the lobby is simply awesome. Hotel staff are very friendly enough. I strongly recommend this Hotel One Place for all kinds of requirements, because of its location advantage.

We booked for a room through MakeMyTrip. Actually the definition of in room, even MakeMyTrip team is not clear. So, we booked a room for 3 people but the Hotel One Place said, the booking is for 3 people and extra bed will provided with extra cost. Towels etc were made available on request. Will never come back here.

Nice location for multiple shopping complex. Easy accessible for all transportation. Value for money. Need to maintain cleanliness inside the room. Room service is good. Tasty food. Nice ambiance in reception. Try to add some more menu in breakfast buffet. Little bit liquor stinking inside lift areas.

It was a nice stay at One Place Hotel One Place in Hyderabad. Specially the reception area is mind blowing. Very well decorated. Staff are very helpful. Roms are clean and big enough. Food also good but compared to price its not up to the mark. Breakfast menu is not enough.

Overall, it is good. Room ambiance and maintenance was too good. Food and drinks are up-to the expectation. Ideally the location of the Hotel One Place was near to main stretch of the busy area JNTU and kPHP. IT parks are just a 20 minute drive from the place.

Taste of food is good, rooms are not worth to money, some of the furniture are very old and it is in worst condition, wash basin in broken condition, less efficiency of air-conditioning. Totally accommodation was not worth for the money, except restaurant.
