Hotel Pacific Villa

The hotel was very Dirty, rooms very were Bad and the staff was allotting rooms which was not even cleaned and bedsheets were not changed from previous user. Ac was not working waste of money, had to checkout early as could not sleep into it , also there were bed bugs and cockroach all around the room

All staff behavior are good. location of hotel well and aslo available basement parking. Room service r good.

Everything was unorganised, The room was very dirty and the bathroom was like hell. White bedsheet turned into yellowish. I don't want to stay there in the future at any cost.

Worst experience. Unhygienic bathroom, smell in rooms, neither remote of ac, nor temperature control.

Bathroom is different than a picture in here they post a jacuzzi bathtub but in reality there is no any bathtub

Due to world wide outage, my flight cancel-led from delhi to ahmedabad. Any chances to reimburse the money

The picks and Hotel are opposite, These confusing Property decreases the valuation of application, The over valued Hotel bill The asking price for the Hotel at Counter was 800-1000 only, it was senseless and the booking was non refundable, I don’t want to pay There is no restaurant or food arrangement You charged for breakfast also, it’s very hard experience as I was in way I paid for Hotel , with breakfast, all in vein, bad is small word badly stinking and no hygienic bedsheet and pillow and no arrangement of any good staff to change any thing asked even not having drinking water packed bottle, supplied opened normal water,

Rate is very high of make my trip bad experience with make my trip service is very bad i not like no

The place was not good. Linen were smelling bad and so was the room. The mattress was total disaster.

Hotel staff don't know how to behave with customers. Booked with complimentary breakfast. No breakfast given to me. The hotel value for 1000 but i paid 2270. Very horrible experience. I may not be able to trust makemytrip anymore. The room is very dirty, the reception staff and others are rude. Dynamic pricing applied overcharged me inr 2270. Hotel worth is just 1000

The room was not maintained and was with full of spiders, location was good but room, washroom maintenance was really bad

I was very bad experience to stay here because i had booked family room and when i reached hotel they allotted small deluxe room.

On check in found the condition of cleanliness below standard, bathroom in dirty condition with W/C tap leaking, staff to be uncaring and worst of all bedsheets provided were threadbare and torn.(photo attached)

Need lot to improve on hygiene. Location of property based on the requirements is ok

Hotel staff was adamant, service was pathetic and unhygienic too. Bedrolls were not washed properly and stains were there.

There is no restaurant in hotel

I stayed for two days. After the first day the hotel desk asked us to change the room. And moved to another room. The next day they forced us to do early checkout. The rooms were dirty and bathrooms had spiderwebs even i would agree the cost of stay was cheap.

Booked a room and than called for room for my driver, the accepted but when we reached their they denied. After long discussion, we got permission to stay driver with us in same room. We were not comfortable

Toilet was dirty, someone else’s shoes were kept in our he room ward robe was locked. Breakfast denied at 8. 30 am as timing for breakfast was 10 am as informed
