Rooms, corridors and Lifts filled with bad odour. The rooms provided were untidy and water in the restrooms is either leaky or not working properly. In addition, there is no facility of Hot water in the restrooms.

You cheated me and it was very poor and took so much money. The bathroom doesn't even have a closet top, breakfast was very poor and only given 3 dosas. Room everything is very bad. No clean total property is not clean at all. Too bad such a bad property as you overcharged me more very very bad

Pleasant is the word that describes my stay in Hotel Padippurayil Kollam most accurately. The staff was superb. The food in the Hotel was awesome and on time as well. The variety was also Worth mentioning. As per the location, it also deserves full marks.

For the price they are charging the Hotel was ok. Room was fine but toilet area was not that great. They need to make improvement in amenities part. Transport was convenient from the location and I found the place peaceful as well.
