Hotel Palace Plaza

The main highlight about the Hotel Palace Plaza is its location. Its hardly 100 meters to the mysore palace. The rooms were decent. However there was no water purifier available in the Hotel Palace Plaza and we had to buy from the reception at higher prices than mrp. Other than that it was good. As i said there could have been a water purifier or something. We should have access to clean purified drinking water. The water they provided in jug was tap water and not drinkable.

Very nice service by the Hotel Palace Plaza management and the location of the Hotel Palace Plaza is very convenient for visiting the prominent tourist attractions like Mysore Palace, Zoo and the shopping areas. The food available at the restaurant is very tasty and variety of items are also available. Though thr parking space is limited, the management is providing good service to provide parking space to the guests. Overall the stay in the Hotel Palace Plaza was very nice.

Location of this Hotel Palace Plaza is good . . Most of the sightseeing places is nearby . Staff was very prompt during our stay. Value for money . As what mentioned on site description the same I found during my stay . The things where they can improve is that before arrival of guest if they make the room ready.

The location is in the heart of the city. 10 minutes drive from railway station. Enjoyed the dinner and the breakfast.
Enjoyed the stay. It was pleasant one. Our room was facing the view so sufficient sunlight in the morning. Tv was 32 inch with good variety of channels.

Availed cab services to Vrindavan. The vehicle and driver were excellent. Room was good and accommodative with check-in. However, food, drinking water, and service was average. Had to rush while checking out due improper communication on checkout timings at reception.

Located in safe place, good to stay with family, descent rooms. Behavior from staffs were friendly. Easy access to palace, city bus stand and other places. Resturant is comparitievly expensive and i opted outside options. Overall i had a nice experience here.

Wonderful experience in this Hotel Palace Plaza and this Hotel Palace Plaza is too nearer to the Mysore palace.

Very good location nearby 5 min walking distance from Mysore palace . Food quality is also good and as well as staff are also very friendly . Don't know why people write nonsense things on feedback after being served so well .

Hotel is pretty decent and clean. It was worth for the money. Reasonable during the Dasara.

Charges are high but accordingly service is not good. Rooms are old. Hot water system is not working. If you have no option then only book this Hotel.
