property location is good but the service is not fine 🚫... and the not backup for electricity ....

Room service was bad

We loved the room size, truly a family sized room. The location is just on the gangaur ghat, which is closer to many of the view points and eateries. I would love to stay there during my next visit.

The stay was amazing the the management was very helpful and cooperative. Recommended place for friends and couple and family as well

Very bad experience and very bad privacy. I will never book this hotel again due to bad privacy.

Pros 1. Location is awesome just 50m from Gangaur Ghat and 80m from Bagore ki Haveli. 2. ⁠View from Rooftop cafe of Hotel Taj in the middle of Pichola Lake is breathtaking. 3. ⁠Spacious Super Deluxe Room. Can accommodate 5 persons. 4. ⁠Lift is there. CONS 1. Poor maintenance of property. Very low lights. 2. ⁠Deluxe Rooms are ok types. 3. ⁠Super Deluxe Rooms has limited view of lake. 4. ⁠Bathrooms are so so. You have to shower standing on bath tub which is difficult for aged persons. 5. ⁠Bath Tubs has stain no proper cleaning. 6. ⁠The manager is helpful. He Always say “yes it will be done soon sir”. But in reality it takes 10 hours for solving your requirements. Overall for your convenience you can book rooms here and enjoy breathtaking views from roof top restaurants.

The room was only cleaned at the time of check-in, after that for three days there was no maintenance, amenities weren't provided, there was no service, our complaints weren't taken into attention

Flush leakage bathroom disastrous bed with so thin ply that it can broke any time won't stay ever again

Washroom was not clean and there were cleanliness issues in the room. Besides the wifi is not available all the time and very slow.

Best hotel near pichola lake,I always refer to stay here while in udaipur because of its food,view,near lake pichola haveli has best views exact near ganghor ghat maximum area of view cover with palace,city ,taj lake palace, jagat mandir ,ghat,other side hotels decirated view at night is just wowww…..

The property is located in old udaipur which is best to explore nearby places by walk. Also, great in cleanliness but yeah they just need to focus on management though the staff prepare things in one call.

The location of room was absolute best. It was at a walking distance from many places that you will visit during udaipur trip. Rooms were okay-okay type. I booked normal room without any view and it was just average. Also, there was a powercut for 3-4 hours and there was no powe backup

This is an ancient haveli converted into a hotel however the service and staff are not converted hence pathetic. Family of the owner stays on ground floor and other rooms are converted into hotel. List of bad experience is long 1. No bisleri provided they refill water with ro without informing 2. It's a 4 storey building n roof top on 5th floor but loft doesn't operate 3. Hotel says pets not allowed however they have 2 dogs which pounce on guests and attack with staff laugh watching them bark and pounce on guests 4. As it's an ancient haveli ac is as old and makes lot of noise but no cooling it's a window ac 5. Pillow covers, bed sheets n quilts not washed since ages 6. Accessibility on by walk or 2 wheeler list can go on but it was a nighmare

Great location and budget-friendly hotel. View from the rooftop restaurant of the hotel is superb. Manager nirbhay is very helpful.
