no intercom in rooms, room very bad condition door , windows not working properly, outside food not allowed, only insider kitchen food allowed

The washroom was not clean. Remaining all was average, tv not working, ac sound was high, bed was not soft,

Room are in wrist condition, please don't ever recommend anyone, toilet are so bed, it's not suitable for family.

Very bad room condition, washroom was not cleaned, room not upto the marks. Food quality also very poor.

Messed up room, 3 rooms were changed because of untidy. Cockroach and mosquito in room.

Mosquito 🦟 and cockroach 🪳 smell is bad no value of payment which we paid so please look in this matter

Rooms are very small no proper plugs for charging your laptops and mobile. Wifi is available only on ground floor. Cleanliness are very poor.

Room was bad, paint flaking, toilet not cleaned, only bedsheet was clean, not value for money and not recommended for fellow traveller's.

Hotel staff is helpless. Also found drain line issue. Pls. Dont consider this hotel. Waste of money n time to be at such unhygienic place.

Wall of the room are sinked, lot of cockroaches roaming in the bathroom and room even rat is coming from the window of bathroom and roaming through out the room. The inner cover of pillow is having black spot like it nerve been washed.

The hotel location is good but the stay was horrible. The room hygiene is terrible. Room had cockroaches and mosquitoes. No wifi as mentioned on their site. One of the room didn't have remote for ac and the other room no tv remote.

There are cockroaches and bed bugs in the room. No intercom provided, call bell not working, stinky toilet and bedsheets not changed.

Best location for transit near swargate. Ca. 12 km from airport. Quiet place to stay in residential area. Front desk is friendly. About room, its a bit disappointment, especially bathroom. Taps are leaking, wall plaster damaged etc. I stayed only overnight, so no review for food. It's overall average stay at this price at this location.

In every hotel room will be cleaned in morning and evening, but in this hotel they will be clean room after 24 hours later. How can any family will be stay their. In evening i order some food, one of hotel staff told me kindly camedown in reception counter and collect food. Hotel staff is very in-professional and manner less. I am vested my money and my family time.
