There were a lot of mosquitoes in the hotel room, the staff was not corporate at all, instead of water in the bathroom, mud also used to come, along with the beds were absolutely dirty, there was no dustbin

Ac was not working. Hotel staff was not corporate. No any attended to give water after 80 minutes to arrival at hotel. The response of reception staff is very poor. Overall hotel staff directly blamed to company. Why are you booking directly from the company, hotel staff is not responsible for adm issues. And advised you direct complaint to the company for repair the ac.

Hotel staff is very cooperative and understanding.

No warm water, you have to take water from other room, washroom was dirty, bed sheets are dirty. Phone was not working, you have to call from your phone for any service. Dirty buckets was provided. It's not good for kids. But room rent is high acc to their service.

TV, geyser, bed and other facilities was very bad. Nothing was working. After repeated calls they fixed it. The toilet was dirty. No kit was provided. No soap, shampoo, paste. They gave only on request. Not at all happy. Please don't book this hotel.

Tv was not working. Bedsheet were very dirty. Room was dirty. Total waste of money.

Checking was smooth. Staff at reception was nice and helpful room was spacious and good. But bathroom was pathetic and curtains too

The room was neat and clean.. Location of hotel is near to taj mahal which is good.. The staff was very co-operative, supportive and nice... The only improvement is the service is bit slow than expected... All over it was a great stay.

Very bed experience till my life, in bathroom mug is not available, soap not available, card payments not accepted, tv remote not working and best thing is that no body will responded instead of your complaint. In total very bad experience ..

Sorry not clean at all, smells very bad, quilt and bed sheets is very dirty. Looks like a lodge. The picture of the room and cleanliness seen in the Makemytrip Page is completely different to the actual room.

Service is not OK. No lift, no calling bell, no curtain as well as remote is not workink properly. I found manual system is much better than this one. You have to wait atleast 30 minutes for 1 lt water. They make noise at mid night by repairing the door of another room. It's very disturbing.

When I booked this hotel the picture of room was excellent but actually during check in it was different. As far as location is concern it is one of the best area of Agra but service and amenities were very poor and in future I will avoid to stay here

I always book hotel via makemytrip and good experience. I have booked this hotel for 02 night. The hotel is located near Jp palace Hotel & Mall. The rooms are very large and bathroom too. But not enough Maintenance, the window are broken, dust etc. Good lobby and restaurant too. But need Maintenance for rooms. Good nice reception Guy, helping nature.

Hotel located on good location but too costly food. We stay only night, hotel serve mineral water Rs. 30 new brand for me I saw first time. Hotel food service menu is costly according to my opinion. Room Floor is quiet clean but bedsheet, cushion cover is not.

Staff is very cooperative and hotel location is very near of Taj Mahal. Want to say that the food was very good and was very clean. Room was also very good. Management is also very good. This is very good hotel in this place and in this price, also thank you to all staff for Makemytrip good.
