coupleIt was a quick one night stay as we had to catch a flight in the morning. This property is easy to locate and surrounded by good shops and eateries. Airport is around 20 mins away by cab. Staff was nice and cooperative. Checkin process was smooth. Overall, it was a good stay here.

I am a frequent traveller and stayed at quite a few hotels in zirakpur. Stay at this hotel was a nightmare as the electricity tripped off quite a few times and the air conditioner didn’t work during our stay. They kept sending different guys to repair the ac until midnight but couldn’t fix it. The next day receptionist told me it was all because of the fluctuations in electricity then my question to them is that why would you send different people to my room to fix the ac when it was nothing to do with the ac.
