Worst hotel experience, please avoid booking this hotel at any cost. Pathetic room, pathetic service.

Hotel is not worth the price, room was so small, everything is so dirty, as mentioned in the room discription there is no toiletries no towel. We regret our stay there. We will not recommend anyone

Room was not clean and blanket was smelling. Even bedsheets also were smelling.

Near to naini lake, overall experience is good, near to bus stand, room is small but clean. Good room with beautiful naini lake view

Room size too small as compared to money. Check out timing is also 10 a. M. That is very problematic in winter stay.

1st of all didn’t liked the cleanliness of the room room is having so much of outside noise even can’t able to sleep as nearby room’s person was watching tv and you can hear it in your room very loud after all disgusting kindly ask the hotel person to change the tag from hotel to lodge

well the staff was good the rooms are good my bed was making noises even though i slept alone that's why i deducted 1 point to be honest. overall it was a good experience.. donr

location was good. Hygiene is average. Food is average.

Great location right in front of nainital lake, property is old but clean and well maintained, rooms are bit smaller but two terraces give ample space for relaxing with scenic views. V helpful staff, hotel is at a height so good steps climbing exercise.

So i stayed at hotel prince from nova 12th to nova 14th morning checked out with family and my father walks with the help of stick as his leg is operated and the hotel was at height so it became difficult for him to come down and go up again and again. The hotel is located on mall road at starting is coming directly from delhi and at the end of mall road if coming from jim corbett although you can easily find parking after crossing hotel at the end of mall road. Hotel is located 56 stairs(to be exact) above ground level and it is good place to stay and staff at reception or at kitchen or helpers are very nice to talk to and helps at anyway possible and are very curtious. Bike on rent available just next to hotel and chandni chowk restaurant pure vegetarian ( must try jalebi) and shier e punjab serves veg and non veg both are located just next to this hotel which provides very tasty food and easy on pocket and could make little alterations in spices as per your need and taste. Hotel need to install wall clock in rooms and best part is there is geyser available in our room family room i booked so didn't had to wait for boiler or buckets of water like most hotels in nainital do even highly paid hotels do the same. Value for money and comfort stay and best for youngsters and little tricky for old people if they can climb 56 stairs then everything is go easy. The parantha's they provided in breakfast were made of flour and tasty and tea and milk everything was so fresh and hot and quick. View of naini lake was added advantage. Thankyou for making our stay memorable.

Location was very good. It is situated on mall road near to taxi or bus stand of nainital. Which is at walkable distance, if peson has less luggage. But it is not suggested for old aged person, as one has to climb 40 to 50 stairs to reach the hotel as it is situatie at height.
