My stay was completely terrible because first thing nobody assist me properly and room was totally messy. Second thing rooms ac was not working and commode was broken.

We booked the hotel through make my trip platform in the morning but on reaching the hotel at night the reception staff without any proper check told that the book is invalid even after seeing the booking voucher. Only after our repeated stressing he allotted us a room. Rooms were not as it appeared in the mmt booking portal. I would strongly suggest the guests to ignore the hotel and prefer alternate arrangements for stay. I booked through proper make my trip channel but the reception staff didn't see the voucher properly and said that it was invalid and fake. Only after out repeated stressing and finally another staff accepted for providing us a room. Moreover the rooms were not as they were posted in the make my trip portal

Only plus point is it is near to temple. Cleaning is not proper. Communication with staff is very difficult as they don't understand language other than tamil. I was not given the room which was booked but was offered the lower grade room. The manager said that room is not available.

Till nw. This was the worst experience staying here. They doesn't the dates of booking. I had booked 20bdays in advance triple bed ac. But wen we checked thy are saying there is no triple bed available. Thin thy gave us 4 bed room. But while checking out thy charged rs 1000 extra thy don't say anythg clearly. Hotel people not aware of bookings. I would advice people never stay in hotel radhakrishna madurai.

The stay was good and staff was polite, parking is a bit difficult and there isn't much space to park cars. 10 member dormitory rooms

All basic amenities available. Only room needs to be coloured. And the hotel entrance needs to be modified as lots of water logging in front of the hotel. No images taken.

The room was not all clean. Bed sheets were not clean/replaced. Staffs were rude. Ac not working.

Great experience 👍 it's very luxurious hotel located at walking distance of Minakshi Amma temple 🛕 & it's provide good amenities and services

1. The stay was horrific there.first of all there was no parking provided whereas it was mentioned. Staff service was very poor as they were all looking for money for anything that we ask for which they should provide anyways as per their duty. it is mentioned that the mineral waters will be there .I want to let you know it wasn't there in the room and we had to buy it. Even the basic things such as soaps ,toothkits were not provided. Please make sure whatever confirms during the booking about the facility the associated hotel has ,it should provide atleast those

Overall average and cleanliness needs to be improved. Mosaic flooring gives not clean impression. Needs to be improved. Cost also seem to be very high for the room.

I booked it for my family, the stay was comfortable and the location is also close to both railway station and meenakshi temple.

Bathroom are uncleaned. Very dirty bedsheets pillow covers and towels. They didn't wash all bedsheets pillows and towels. Dustbin is not clean. Very very dirty. Please don't stay

Staff was eeally bad and even for paid water we have to go down and pickup by giving money at the same time. No body comes to room in case ac not working or require any thing. It was worst than dharamshala. We even ask for an empty glass and they did not have it. Finally i'm the evening and multiple asks at there reception they gave us a glass kept on public water jug. No space or even small bed for driver and when we ask they ask to take separate room of rs 800. It was very bad experience in the hotel. I will never recommend this.

There is ac in the hall. Working very well. Hot water in the bathroom is very nice. Stay was hygienic and safe. Very near to the west tower of meenakshi temple. The cleanliness part is little bad. Plumbing also needs improvement.
