There is no food and tea/coffee available. No toiletry arranged no parking.

First he said that your booking is for non ac room then I show him that it is an ac room booking. Then he give me ac room but after an hour he switched off AC power supply. I wait for 2 hours so that but ac didn't on. The I complaint at desk. Then he resumed ac power supply by turning on mcb from his end. After 2 hours he again switched off AC power I again complaint against he resumed it. This process happened 4 times on that day. Very bad service. If he can't provide ac room then why he accepted that booking through mmt

Not a good property for family stay and same should be mentioned Suitable for males only whether alone or in group. It seemed as if all our conversations were being listened at the counter. Too far from JanmBhumi.Had difficulty in finding auto for railway station.

Till date i have never stayed in such a bad hotel, the staff here does not talk lovingly with the customers, the hotel room is not clean.

My experience was far from satisfactory. The room was not cleaned properly, with dust on surfaces, there was dampness on the walls and bathroom was so congested. Power backup only for bulb and fan only. Room luminous was very low.

The hotel was terrible and didn’t expect the room which i got not the same as i saw on the images while booking. Booked the hotel for 3 persons and i asked for extra metres and demamding more money. Geyser was not available at the hotel. Totally worst experience and service.

Plug socket was not there near the bed so you can face the charging problems. Also wifi range was very low.

1. Room door + washroom door both doors condition not good 2. T v not working 3. Break fast not available.

There is no particular parking of hotel, the matress was dusty, washroom was also not good also they don’t have cafeteria. And the staff behaviour is average.

Rooms are very dirty. Bathroom was horrible. Everything was bad. I had a bad experience. I didn't clicked pics

It was terrible experience with hotel radhika palace, ac not working, tv was missing from room, dirty bed sheet, cockroaches are available in room, dirty toilet, rude staff, no food availability as there is no kitchen available in hotel.

Very unhygienic rooms in this hotel. Every where insects in rooms. We tried 4-5 rooms but all rooms have same issue. Tv was not working in any room. There are lot of wall seal in hotel, every where smell of damp wall.

From outside hotel look decent but the rooms are too small, unhygienic, very poor standard of cleaning everywhere you can see paan gutka spots on the walls and even on the floor and mat outside washroom. I had uploaded some pics for the ref. 2 rooms they charged 1700 but not standard of it. Very very very poor. Please don’t book room here.

They were deny my check in. And not acceptable behavior. I was with 11 adults and 3childs. Tyey deny my check in and i was on road with complete family.

Staff is friendly. Room is clean. Breakfast was fine
