WORST AND WORST HOTEL EVEN SEE IN 21 YEARS OF TRAVELLING. I SUGGEST TO OTHER PLEASE DONT GO FOR THIS HOTEL AS A FREE OF COST ALSO. VERY BAD HOTEL AND MORE BAD ARE THE STAFFS. LOTS OF COCKROACH OK THE ROOM AND BED. TV FOR THE NAME SAME, WHEN I ASKED TO ON THEY SAID TV SERVICE WE DONT PROVIDE. TAKING CHARGE OF BREAKFAST WHILE BOOKING BUT MORNING NOT PROVIDING BREAKFAST. THEY ARE JUST MAKING FRAUD COMPLETELY AND MAKING CUSTOMER FOOL. I GIVE RATING MINUS MINUS MINUS 05

the room was worst cockroach rat everything was thre such a bad experience if we are paying such amount we accept to be in good condition

I was taken the executive ac room but he offered a normal room, i argued with them to provide ac, it' is not working properly and the staff also does not supported and i don't stay in that hotel worst service,

They initially refused the accommodation after our insistence they shifted us another hotel which was not worth of 500 after that we rejected the check in and one of your customer care executive helped me and provided me best accommodation his name was prateek

This hotel not at all hygienic, not maintained properly broken fitting in bathroom. It was a horrible experience.

One of the worst hotel in lakdikapul area. No hot water, they charge more and room was not clean. Toilet was not clean, bath room accessories was not good in condition. Reception person was arrogant and not flexible.

Room was very dirty, half the room filled with ac water leakage, bathroom was very dirty, shower was broken and bedsheets were reused

The property location is good. But service and cleanliness were terrible. All the property is filled with cockroaches. Found baby diapers on floors and chewing gums on walls. Mosquitoes were roaming everywhere. The managers were absent on property. Staff couldn't help us with the above problems. Definitely not recommend it to anyone to stay. I wonder how mm t could list these kind of properties on their app.

होटल्स का जो डिस्क्रिप्शन बताया गया है उसके अनुरूप होटल नहीं है रूम काफ़ी डर्टी है bedsheets pillow भी गंदे है साफ़ सफ़ाई का अभाव है मैंने with ब्रेकफास्ट बुकिंग लिया था लेकिन होटल से पता लगा की उनका किचन दो सालो से बंद है l बाहर से ब्रेकफास्ट सर्व करने की बात करते हुए बहुत ही घटिया डोसा ठेले से लाकर सर्व किया गया जिसके चलते मेरी वाईफ़ कि तबियत ख़राब हो गई हमे होटल छोड़ना पड़ा ताकि हम कही और अच्छी जगह स्टे कर सके । पैसे भी बेकार हुए

Worst ever hotel we ever stayed. The manager at the desk was so rude. Don't know how they run the business pathetic staff. We took executive suite but it was worst than any other ordinary room. Ac stopped working and the hot water was not available. The bed has stains on it and the room was smelling very bad. Was not able to close the door while leaving the room for dinner. it was horrible. Even i didn't ask for return of room charge for next day as i was vacating it to go for other good place. counsel the manager and teach him on how to run the business. I myself warned my friends and the relatives not to think of this hotel. Dear readers, just want to let you all that i will not suggest this place as a place to stay. I rate it as the lowest.

Terrible experience, room / linen not clean, charged extra, staff not polite

They don't provide a water bottle, but they chard e rs. 25- per bottle. They don't provide even a cup of tea. No breakfast, nothing. This is the worst hotel in entire city. Pls never visit this hotel. A guest hose will be better than this. I have paid rs. 2515/ - per night.
