Hotel Red Cherry Residency

Located near MG Marg and vehicles comes near Hotel Red Cherry Residency. Very limited options on food but the food is very good, staffs are very courteous. The Hotel Red Cherry Residency uses online mode for the bookings, when I enquired on extending my stay the Hotel Red Cherry Residency manager asked me to check online but surprisingly the manager insisted on making payment via cash, as payment via cards would attarct 2% extra. I wasn't expecting this in the age of digitalization.
Should install more lights in the room when we are traveling with kids,they do some activities like drawing and painting.

The location is good. 1 minute walk from MG Marg. You've to climb appx. 50 steps to reach the Hotel Red Cherry Residency. The staff was courteous, both the manager and the helper Karma. Very polite and helpful. Breakfast was okay. There was a power cut for an hour but there was no power backup. It did not cause much inconvenience. Rooms and bathroom were very clean. Service was quick. Definitely a value for money Hotel Red Cherry Residency.

Room is very clean with cold/hot water facility. Location is just a few walk to MG market. The behaviour of Hotel Red Cherry Residency manager ( Deepak) is soo impressive. Other Hotel Red Cherry Residency staff were also good, well mannered and fast in service. Over all a great stay in Gangtok. Like this Hotel Red Cherry Residency and Will visit again. Other should also try this Hotel Red Cherry Residency.

Great food, good hospitality and tasty food Rooms were very neat and tidy. They even provide bathroom slippers also. Great location and very neat to taxi stand and MG marg. Staff is very cooperative. Hotel is located little up from the road and steps are there. Hotel staff is available to pick and drop the luggage. So we just need to climb few stairs which is good to increase stamina.

The Hotel Red Cherry Residency is located very near to MG Marg, the central location of Gangtok. The taxi stand is also nearby. You can expect courteous behaviour from Hotel Red Cherry Residency staff. Rooms are clean and have all required amenities. Only flip side with deluxe rooms is that they have no view. The superior rooms have good view though.

The Hotel Red Cherry Residency gives a good front view but the deluxe rooms have no view which is a drawback but overall our stay was excellent.

Specially staff members are very good and quick responsive. They give us very good dinner and also all facilities are in the room.

Need focus on Hotel Red Cherry Residency room cleanliness. Value for money. Thanks to make my trip for the arrangements. Hotel staff and location was good. Hotel entrance is very dirty. Washroom accessories need to check. Hotel is very much clean and saffs are very much polite.

Great place for stay. Big rooms. Cleane room and bathroom. Nice food. Maneger is also very good person. Place also super. I enjoy my stay very well. View from Hotel Red Cherry Residency also nice. All staff are friendly.

The location of the Hotel Red Cherry Residency is great but the way to the Hotel Red Cherry Residency is a bit narrow and creepy. The manager is really friendly and can help you with almost anything. The staff is really nice and great. There was no food available in the Hotel Red Cherry Residency as the chef was on leave when I visited.

Rooms are average. We booked two room of same rate but one is too small than other one, with less features. Were drove door were broken. Both the rooms are lack of sunlight and ventilation. Behavior of staff and manager are good and cooperative. Location, cleanliness are OK.

No emergency power supply available there. If electricity off then you are in the dark room also water supply problem

Hotel is located in the heart of the city main road, where lot of eateries are available. Easy access to taxi stand. Hotel reception is very warm and rooms are neat and clean. Front facing room windows, we can have a glimpse of high rise mountains and greenery which is breath taking.

My experience with Red Cherry Residency is satisfactory. The Hotel Red Cherry Residency is located very close to M G Marg, which is a popular shopping destination in Gangtok. Rooms were clean. I've seen a very less staff working there, but the service and behaviour of the manager is quite remarkable.

Bed quality should be less spungy. To avoid soundless problem so I hope Hotel Red Cherry Residency management should take care of it . But staff is very good and food quality is cheap and good location is very good it is at MG MARG

Very good manager. Well clean room. Near M. G. Route. And local taxi stand. 2 days in super delax front facing only sofa is not available in the room but all other same as photo.
