Hotel Renuka

Good location, easy access to Auto and government monuments.Hotel is good with reasonable price. Terrace dine out at night with Jaisalmer Fort view. Clean and nice stay.

In my travels in India so far (4 months in total), the exceptional dedicated staff of a father and son duo in this Hotel has met me with the greatest hospitality. I got picked up from the bus station free of charge and was greeted with a warm smile and a cold bottle of water. I got a map of the town and detailed explanations how to reach places, when to go where etc. They were open for all kind of requests, very overbearing with my mistakes and also very caring when I got sick during my stay. Above that the Hotel is Very clean, close to everything, very comfortable and it's is quiet. That said I stayed in off season.

choosing Hotel Renuka for the price that I had got was worth-it. but compared to the general prices, it can be considered as way too expensive.

The location is good (very near to the fort and patwa ki haveli and shopping lanes) the room was small but good. The owner manager was very courteous and helpful only issue ( it's understandable coz it's a guest house -an actual house infact) is that we hear a lot of noises from other rooms. Apart from this everything else was v good

Hotel s cleaness is very good, manager and supporting staff are very kind and nice persons, bathroom ane bedroom are very clean. Hotel was simple but stay for good

Everyone hotel. No lift. No tv. No intercom. Inside narrow street.

We were especially disappointed with this hotel because we booked it at highly inflated rates given our stay was during the last week of december which is peak season for jaisalmer. The rooms are definitely not worth that inflated price. One room has only lukewarm water. The other room didn't have any at all. To the credit of the service staff, they did give us buckets of hot water when requested. However, we will recommend to avoid this hotel during peak season.

They also have their own camel safari package which is very good

No wi fi and no tv and no enter com phone in room

There is no drinking water available, food cost is too high and quality of food are very bad room cleaning not done, everyday towel and bedsheet not changed, washroom not clean. No one is there in night for service.

Very poor service, dirty towel, parking issue.

Location was good. Near to fort, market, Patwa Haveli. In residential area of Jaisalmer.

Nice location, good staff, rooftop restaurant.

The room was well maintained. Bad odour was coming from the bathroom due to improper drainage system. Hot water was available. Check out time is too early. In spite of that they kept the watch 15 minutes fast.

I had an overall good stay experience at the hotel, the location was good. Rooms was also neat and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly and the hotel was also value for money. Overall, I had a nice experience staying at the place, I would recommend the hotel to others.

Well initially they have allocated the rooms which do have Television which is one the basic requirement, but then we fought and changed the rooms. Rooms were situated in the 2nd floor since it was booked through MMT with big staircase. Rooms do not have intercom facility. Hotel do not clean your room. For Room service one has to get down at ground floor from 2nd Floor. Overall the experience was not that good. Could have got better hotel near fort area.

Rooms are not clean. Garbage in the bathroom from previous traveller was not cleaned. Towels were torn and commode seats are broken. See the imaged attached here! Staff is not attentive. They have a single old style traditional boiler, which tries hard to supply ‘lukewarm’ water to all rooms (which obviously is not sufficient at all)! Room service is terrible. It took an hour to get tea in the room.
