हम दिल्ली से चलकर कानपुर पहुंचे, गर्मी बहुत थी मगर रोजवुड पहुंचते ही स्टाफ के वैलकम से अच्छा लगा और कमरे में पहुंचते ही गर्मी भी खतम । कुछ स्नैक्स आर्डर किये जिसने रात का मजा दुगना कर दिया उसके बाद स्वादिष्ट भोजन, *वाह* होटल ने अगले दिन अच्छा नाश्ता सर्व किया, रेस्टोरेंट कैप्टन गरिमा और हैल्पिंग स्टाफ खुश होकर सेवा कर रहे थे जितने पैसे खर्च किए उसका अच्छी सेवा प्राप्त हुई

The HOTEL ROSEWOOD stay was excellent, the morning breakfast is very suitable for us in the HOTEL ROSEWOOD. Everything is good but the checkout time is horrible for us, the billing delay and no one carry our bags in the car.
