Hotel Royal Palace

No parking, rooms were so dirty that we had to leave the hotel within an hour. Very bad location. Its poorly maintained and how it could be listed in mmt.

Hotel location was prime, sanitation was good, staff was average, food quality average, they added gst in food bill that was not good

This hotel person turned off the ac at night, and was asking for liquor from me

Comfortable stay in main city.

The Hotel has an old feeling to it and the room interiors are nothing to boast about. But the staff is quite courteous and the food is really great. I was travelling Solo and stayed there for one week. Overall it was a nice experience.

Placed conveniently at begum pal.
I did not disliked anything about the room.

Room is very dirty and always putting off AC whose control is at reception. On the whole hotel hospitality and staff behaviour is worst. Took to the knowledge of MMT customer care but they too not turned towards my problem. It was big night mare staying there hardly had 3hrs of sleep in whole night.

Room was in very bad condition when I entered in room I felt worst smell inside. Bathroom also in very bad condition room size so small. Overall fully horrible. I am requesting to MMT that please don't collaborate this types of hotel.

It is located at prime location and in good approach. Old property seems earlier it was good hotel. It is value for money and staff are well behaved. Service is good but need more attention in cleanliness.

Room is nice... Location is not so much good but yes near to the Begum Beige which is a very popular area in Meerut. Staff and services is also OK... Overall The value for money was provided by hotel.

Okay type. Location is fine, but support staff is not cooperative. Cleanliness is another issue. Not for family type. But single or official travel to stay over night. Value for money. Many markets and bus stop nearby. Hotel needed renovation.
