It was a comfortable and pleasant stay. Though we reached late the staff was courteous. However the room was not as per the picture posted and there was no bathtub as highlighted in your advertisement

The Hotel Royal Palace staff is good and the food and room service like the cleaning and environment all good 👍 many times I stay in a Hotel Royal Palace not a Hotel Royal Palace like ye home feel.

We were crossing sagar and this was a night stay. Property is very big and beautiful. Still some construction is going on and hot water was a problem
