Location and facilities are excellent

Stay is overall good. Nice staff behaviour and all. Cleanliness need to taken little bit more importantly. Bath towels were full of stains and also bathroom was little bit dirty

The stay was so good. But the rooms are little smelly but well maintained. Ac condition was so bad and slow

Room cleanliness is bad. The cupboard was broken and placed the door on the floor.

Room was not worth the money. Room boy entered the room with slippers and dirtied the floor of the room. Bed was not clean.

The floor mat ugly. Toilet pipes are not clean and yellowish. A c not working properly. No room cleaning daily. Bathroom ventilator jammed not working, bees coming inside and makes un secure. Room floor was sticky. Bathroom was not clean. there were cockroaches, there were hairs on the balcony n room floor here n there. I hv not taken images. I should hv taken that. There was no room service. Also

In the app they have mentioned the room with balcony- not really, instead the room is very small and not well furnished. No blankets available, only bed spreads were given. Not worth the money.

Great hotel. Nice and clean rooms and very polite behaviour. A great hotel for family trips. Everyone should give a try

The stay was very good and the staffs were very polite. Rooms were neat and clean and everything was working properly. Overall it is value for money. Only one issue there is no dustbin in room.

The hotel was not that much clean and the staff was not cooperative also, we needed to wait almost 1 hour in the reception to get the room key. The receptionist was not there and also not reachable at phone.

Room was okay. But the toilet are not so good. And the a/c is not so good. The water is leakimg from the a/c. And they do not provided bath towel, soap etc. They had given only a bottle of mineral water. But when we ask for towel, they bought towel for us.

Hotel room and staff very helpful

The amenities mentioned in the list is not there. Hot water flow is very slow. No kittle inside the room. Water bottles are local brand. No shampoo suitable for bachelors and single person stay. Not suitable for familes and busines people.

At first we couldn't find the hotel properly. The property name shown in mmt was royal paradise, but there were no board shows. Then mmt said my room is coming with a balcony, but i didn't get the balcony room. My room was a normal one. There were no bedsheets for additional beds. Stay was good actually. I loved the booking response from mmt.

Hotel royal paradise is average hotel. Our family stayed there for college admission. It is ok for one or two days stay. Its value for the money.

The Hotel workers are polite...but Hotel Floors and rooms are very dusty and polluted air..
