Unhygienic room, damaged taps, AC not working had to call people multiple times no water at morning 4am had to search people in all floors as no one responded to calls and finally after 15 minutes could find one person go help post that he confirmed not water and just switched on the motor.

The bedspread and pillow cover were not changed. I had booked a family room but it was very small and they provided an extra bed which does not look like a bed. Some sponge item bed they gave. The floor had an unpleasant smell. The bathroom was very dirty. Huge sound coming from AC and the exhaust fan in the bathroom. The car parking is very far from the hotel. Totally this place does not suit for family stay.

Stayed on 16/11/25 …NO CAR CAN REACH HOTEL. SO CARRY LUGGAGE FOR 400 METERS. NO WIFI, NO HOT WATER, NO TOWEL, TOO MANY COCKROACHES…..PLS DONT STAY FOR FREE

The rooms are below average. Locks and handles are not there in the washroom and almirah. Outside road is in very bad condition.

Super stay 10 step to the temple good staff service we got a free transport of bags at the time of check inn but the hotel people s dose not ready to take the luggage take back to the vehicle

The location of the hotel is excellent it is near the temple gate, hence very convenient for visitors. The hotel staff is very helpful and the food is good at a decent price.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life at this property. The overall condition of the place is extremely poor and completely unworthy of the amount charged. To begin with, the air conditioning was non-functional, and despite repeated complaints, no one from the staff made any real effort to resolve the issue. The rooms were stuffy, hot, and uncomfortable, making it nearly impossible to rest. The bathrooms were in an appalling state — unclean, smelly, and poorly maintained. The fixtures were broken, water leakage was constant, and the towels provided were visibly dirty. It was evident that hygiene and basic maintenance are not priorities here. To make matters worse, I had a serious argument with a waiter in their restaurant after being served stale and poorly prepared food. Instead of handling the matter politely or professionally, the staff member was rude and confrontational, showing a complete lack of customer service etiquette. The staff overall were unhelpful, discourteous, and indifferent. There was absolutely no sense of responsibility or respect toward guests. The entire property gives off an impression of neglect and mismanagement — from dirty corridors to unwashed bedsheets and dust-laden furniture. It’s evident that cleanliness and hospitality are not part of their standards. Staying here was deeply uncomfortable and frustrating. It would genuinely be better to spend a night outdoors than to endure such poor conditions and treatment. I strongly advise future guests to avoid this hotel entirely. There are plenty of better options that actually value hygiene, food quality, and their guests’ comfort.

Make My Trip helps me find the RSN Hotel in Rameshwaram which is in front of the main temple The hotel room service is excellent, and the staff is also helpful. The only thing is that the bathroom has big cockroaches inside The restaurant in the hotel serves cold food, which is very difficult to eat. Everything They serve is at normal temperature, not warm/hot. This is the big problem with the restaurant. I suggest that the restaurant in charge to please serve hot /warm food to customers

Room was very comfortable and huge for two people. They need to work on little hygiene as bedsheets and pillows are not in good condition. The overall experience was good.

I visited during Dassehra holidays. The hotel is located at perfect place between sea and east gate of temple. The location is live round the clock and temple and sea can be accessed anytime, being within vicinity. I stayed in 3 bed room. Hotel room was good and accessibility to temple was excellent. However since the location lies within the temple premises, access to hotel is by walk only, as no vehicle are allowed. The hotel has only 1 floor while the 2nd floor is under construction.
