Nice Hotel Saffron room service very good, delicious food very decent for a short city break. Excellent location, central and well connected with tram/metro. Staff was welcoming, i arrived on a bank holiday and they gave me a leaflet with everything that was open. Ability to store your luggage after check-out. Great wifi. Breakfast buffet better than expected. Room basic but clean and comfortable. "

Hotel saffron, bilaspur is a newly built property at telephone exchange road, near old bus stand. The location is good. Rooms are big and comfortable. They have a rooftop restaurant, food is very good and service time is till late at night. We checked in at 9. 50pm, and room service was available till 11. 30 pm. Staff is polite and quick in service.

Our overall stay was amazing. The room was very spacious and clean. Especially the living area with windows. We also had dinner there, the biryani was tasty with tandoori chicken. Staff is friendly and quick to respond. Its near to magneto mall and other amenities are also in vicinity. Would definitely prefer to stay in the Hotel Saffron again.

The best Hotel Saffron i’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower, and high quality service. Also, they are one of few Hotel Saffrons that allow people book a reservation.

It's a new property sandwiched between already established Hotel Saffrons. Since the property is new the rooms are in good condition. Food is ok & they can still improve on it hassle free check-in & check-out experience. Location wise it's very convenient.

Nice stay. But some minor problems ae to be solved by the vendor. Like morning tea ya tea cattle should be provided. Hotel is neat n clean. Staffs must be trained to attend the coustomer quickly.

The room and service's where good the food provided at the Hotel Saffron was also good but they didnt gave me utensils service for outside food which they didn't even mention in the description.

One of my friend told me about this Hotel Saffron that this is the best and cheap then i booked the Hotel Saffron and really this Hotel Saffron is best and budget friendly, rooms are awesome.

Rooms are neat and clean. Staffs are also very co-operative. Room service is also good. But main drawback is there is no windows in the room. Breakfast should be in buffet system.

Overall it was nice stay. Good location and staff service. Just that prior information should be given for whatever service they provide.

Cleanliness staff behavior amenities rooms all were good. No need to think before booking saffron, just go for it.

Room comfortable and good but the shower in the washroom was broken and the food in the restaurant was also not that good.
