1.exhaust fan was not there in the bathroom 2.no cleaning on proper time 3.food quality is the worst 4.cut down of electricity excessively 5.no television working

Very terrible edperience

Beds where not tidy, bathroom stinks a bit, i could see spiders on tv frame with web around, staff was polite and nice

Good location. Food was average services good staff behaviour up to mark services provided inside room need to be updated no toiletries no water kettle available

Excellent service big rooms and good hot water very comfortable extra large bed for travelers, very well situated and practical: i had a room with 2 meals included, dinner and breakfast were great

The staff were cooperative and it was a good stay. near the bus stand and railway station too. all the tourist places can be accessed easily.

5 hotel was good. Hospitality very nice. We will come again

The hotel does not even provide shampoo and conditioner sachet. Besides they don't provide tea, coffee, sugar sachets whi h are basic service one expects at hotel. For a stay of 4 ( paid for 4), knly 2 towels provides. Ac not working

Had booked sagar inn on 22 nd of dec 2024 for 2 days. Had a pleasant stay. . Cleanliness and Food are top notch. Staff behaviour is very polite. Room service too good. Thank u Sagar inn for your hospitality and services.

Location, room, staff behaviour. All excellent. Felt like a home away from home at this price. Room was spacious, clean, food was tasty and very hygienic. But they should give a thought to the clean rags, tv and room hangers.

It's a hotel in good locality, in the heart of the town, very near to bus stand and railway station, food quality of in house restaurant is awesome, available with basic amenities, good staffs behaviour, absolutely value for money.

The hotel was easy to navigate, as it just takes a maximum of 10 minutes to reach here by tirri (erikshaw) from rajgir railway station. Food was of good quality, however, they are serving pulao and calling it biryani.

They charged for water bottle. And he was asking the money for extra mattress. Where number is guest was already cleared on the booking

It was a two day stay. All the staffs were very polite and helpful. Food was amazing. The stay was very comfortable.

The hotel's room service is very dirty and the food is very bad. I had booked complimentary breakfast and dinner but the food given to me was very bad.
