Place is okay. Maintenance is really down, and there is seepage in the room walls and the paint is coming off etc. But I suppose that is understandable because of the incessant rains this year, continuing even into late October. Staff was friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was quite good and they did adhere to our instructions of very less chilly. Not a great place, but okay to stay overnight, which is what we did driving from Pune to Hyderabad.

"We had a wonderful stay at the Saiprasad Residency . The location was perfect, easily accessible and convenient for sightseeing. Our recent stay at Hotel Saiprasad Executive was highly unsatisfactory. The property lacked basic cleanliness and hygiene standards. The room was not properly cleaned, the bed sheets were torn, and the towels provided were of very poor quality. The breakfast offered was also substandard, leaving much to be desired. Due to these multiple issues, we decided to cut our stay short and checked out a day earlier than planned. This property is definitely not suitable for a comfortable family stay and needs significant improvements in both maintenance and service quality.
