For the first time i visited kolhapur and settled at this hotel. It was very close to trmple and bus stand, on request they allowed me for early check in which was pretty appreciated. Since i was trawling with my family, i was personally like the hotel a lot will recommended for stay.

It's not a bad review but suggest few improvement hotel location is good have ample parking my booking process is also smooth but what i expect is service is not received hotel need to look on that aspect as inside door lock not working, night lamp not working room service is not up to mark as when i entered dust bean is full of garbage with bad smell in room it feels like i am staying in paying guest property when i paid for a proper hotel booking. If things managed properly it could be a good stay experience. Due to my work touring i stayed in various hotels and experience the service quality and standards. Planning 6 stay tour in sept will see what i get this time.

Hotel. Is excellent for stay and very near to bus stand. People are very good, effocient and coutesious. There seems no room service other than basic minwral water or so. Enjoyed stay here and would recommend for others.
