1. Near from Revas Jetty just 20 Min by bike 2. Kihim Beach jst 7 min by Bike 3. Staff is good 4. Room and Wash room clean 5. Swimming pool also clean

The property was fairly close from mandwa ferry terminal about 20 minutes drive and the kihim beach was also quite close though the room itself was quite average , the service was not very good as well, it was okay.

The Room Was Neatly Maintained, The House Keeping Was Spontaneous. The Food Quality And Taste Was Awesome, Would Definetly Recommend This Property.

Horrible experience with make my trip app this time.. not happy with hotel rooms , cleaness, service, light bulbs was not properly working, toilet doors were jam.

The hotel was bit untidy. Housekeeping and overall service was disappointing. Most of the food on menu was not available.

This was the worst experience I had Hotels - the hotel was nothing as mentioned on website by MMT it was a nightmare, never stayed there. And requested for refund

I booked 2 rooms for April 13, 2025. I was allotted 203 and 206.The AC's in room 203 was not functioning properly. It was stuck at 28 degrees. There was no option but use the fan. The old man who came to check it was of no help. He said, "Shet, yenar aahet check karayla". But no body turned up. In room 206 the AC again was faulty as the temperture could not be changed. We ordered for Tea but nothing. We checked in around 4.00 pm on the 13th and checked out at 8.00 am on the 14th to reach Mandwa at 8.30 am.

location is good , very near to main road & market & good hotels , but amenities not so good , AC was not working, had to complaint & get the room changed , rooms were very small , towels not so clean , bathrooms ok clean but good supply of hot water all time

The property is well maintained and they served the best food with reasonable rates and has a very good taste. Hotel is nice with clean washrooms and good swimming pool.

The hotel staff is very cooperative. Rooms are also nice and comfy, and the location is also a road touch. Kihim beach is at a walkable distance, so enjoyed the trip.

The hotel stay was pretty average. We had to change rooms coz the quality of room was not good. Only good thing was the staff which was cooperative that’s why an average rating.

Very bad condition of the hotel rooms. No clean sheets, no wifi in the room, walls broken, furniture’s broken. Deluxe rooms are in very bad state

Overall ok but there issue we have change 3 rooms due to in some rooms tv not working and 2nd room there was issue with ac.

Stay was comfortable. The property is old the amenities are basic the mirror needs change the bed are old but the staff is curtious. Location is not visible from road and parking if the hotel is even 50% booked is an issue. Over all average

The stay was good, all the staffs where very helpful. Surely recommend others also.

It was a great place to be, the surrounding looks good from the 1st and 2nd floors. 300sq. Ft of carpet area of room and washroom and walking wardrobe combined. Has a balcony as well where you can sit and enjoy snacks. And a good 5ft swimming pool. And 2ft to 3ft for children.

Be constructive and not overly negative. Point out reasons the visit was not favorable the tv and telephone are not working properly in breakfast they have only 1 option

Neat and clean swimming pool and perfect bedroom.
