In the heart of the business district, lots of sights are walkable from here. Bedrooms are perfectly adequate. And bathroom larger than expected. Breakfast was good, with European and Indian choices. Staff at all levels couldn't have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Making this a very enjoyable stay in the heart of a busy city. If we ever found ourselves in Ujjain again we would definitely go back.

The Hotel is located within walking distance from the Mahakal temple. Located on a busy main Road the place is quite professionally run. Check in was smooth and efficient. Rooms are of good size and well done with flat screen tv. The bathrooms are well equipped with good fittings. Buffet breakfast was not extensive but whatever was served was of good quality and delicious. Highly recommended.

Location is near to mahakaal temple. food average. As far as service, no paytm, phone pay, upi and card payments at Hotel Satyam (Near Mahakal Temple), Ujjain and at restaurant. Masks and sanitization were not followed. bathroom seat was uprooted. no wifi available as per manager. only accepting cash. Rèquire more efforts for cleanliness and in service point of view.

The Hotel was very conveniently located right in front of Mahakaal temple. There were great eateries within very close distance and the Hotel staff was excellent and helpful.
The room was reasonably large and facing the Road. The room was warm and the amenities were reasonable. The sofa was not very clean but the room was clean.

It's a very decent rated Hotel Satyam (Near Mahakal Temple), Ujjain, conveniently located right near the entry point for Mahakaleshwar Temple. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Their restaurant (Shivam) is also decent, serving good food. Overall, very much value for money proposition type of Hotel Satyam (Near Mahakal Temple), Ujjain.

Rooms were clean. We landed in Ujjain at morning 4 am. However room's were occupied, hence we were denied early check-in. This was troublesome hence our time wasted for early Shivji darshin. Hot water was bit cold as it was too chilled in morning. Otherwise it was good small Hotel Satyam (Near Mahakal Temple), Ujjain.

Good Hotel, good house keeping and service quality. Staff is friendly. Location is pretty good, very near to the main temple and right on the main Road. It does have parking for a couple of a few vehicles. Buffet breakfast is reasonably good. This is perhaps the best Hotel near the temple.

Everything was perfect and communication with Hotel Satyam (Near Mahakal Temple), Ujjain owner was good and location was just as per the plan right in front of Mahala mandir.. Good for the Mahala darshan tourists.. Just little heavy on pocket.

Service was excellent and rooms and washrooms were clean and tidy and also very airy, staff is very polite. From next time again we will book the same Hotel. This Hotel is at walking distance to Mahakaleshwar temple.
