Hotel Sea Gate

Very comfortable stay at sea gate. It’s a short family vacation with kids. Have not expected this trip would have been these much enjoyable because stay determines the entire trip. First of all the courtesy of the Hotel Sea Gate staff is very good, they are very helpful and provided assistance whenever required. Second is the restaurant, if you want to have a delicious food that doesn’t spoil your trip would definitely recommend sea gate restaurant. We had breakfast and dinner which was absolutely amazing. Rooms were neat and clean infact this is one of the Hotel Sea Gate that is nearest access to church, shops and beach. Additional awareness to visitors, for a change we tried lunch at anifa briyani next building to sea gate and it was a horrible experience. However given the feedback to them instantly and got a worst response. Not to promote but sea gate is best for food! overall very pleasant stay

This is the third time i stayed at sea gate Hotel Sea Gates for the last 25 years. As a child i came with my parents and now with my family. The entire team is very cooperative and friendly. The ambience of the restaurant is super and the food is tasty. Except for the toilets, everything is ok. The management should think of changing cleaning the taps. Due to salt water/sultry atmosphere the taps are jam and the flush/fausets are not working properly. Water is not free flowing. For flushing we need to use buckets. Overall the toilets are bad. The flooring of the room is also stickly. The management has to look into the regular mopping and dusting of the rooms instead of refreshing the room with pungent room refreshers. Please keep the rooms with ventilations so that fresh air circulates and keep the rooms naturally fresh. The same problems are faced when i last visitd

Yes when we decided about our plans to visit velankanni we were worried where should we put up and when looking for places for stay we saw your ratings and reviews which were super we decided to let's experience the same and yes the facts were true. We had a lovely time at your resort, the warm hospitality, the courteous behaviour of all the staff, the rooms too were neat and we'll kept. Not forgetting the restaurant the food was excellent quick service and cost was well suited to i feel to ones budget. Sure and hope the same will still be maintained for my next visit and has already being recommend to our friends and families. The location of the place is also we'll located and convenient to the pilgrims visiting this bascilica.

my stay was for 2 nights, i extended for another night since i liked the room which was very clean so was the washroom. the food in the restaurant was delicious especially the seafood. the calamari fry and the king fish masala with small pieces of raw mango was superb!!. definitely going to come here again. the swimming pool opens at 9:30 am, pretty late to start a nice day else everything was perfect, nice ambience and the rates are reasonable as well👍

Wonderful l stay. It has a calming atmosphere. Really good and gentle staffs. Food was good and service was very nice. Room was comfortable for stay. Only cons: compared to last time room size was small. Booked a deluxe 4 bed room but got a small room this time compared to last year. And tiles, furnitures and windows were not cleaned it was little disappointing. If Hotel Sea Gate could correct these small things it would be great.

If you are in velankanni in a pilgrimage, then, what sea-gate offers is good enough. They have a good restaurant. Food was good. Car parking facility is good. There is lift to go to higher floor rooms. The Hotel Sea Gate being located very adjacent to the church at walkable distance makes for very convenient stay. The rooms are adequate but not big. The rest is personal preference.

Overall stay was good. Food was nice even though, bit expensive. Its located near the morning star church. Few things that was not upto the mark. We paid for extra bed, and got only a matress without a coat. Also even though there were 3 people, only 1l drinking water was given complimentary. Its located near to the satue of jesus recently built.

The Hotel Sea Gate is very good, enjoyed the stay. It is very near to the shrine. The amenities provided by the Hotel Sea Gate too is ok. Swimming pool has to have some basic guidelines for all the guests. Have seen ppl with slippers entering the pool, timings has to be increased in the evening with strict guidelines. Apart from this all is ok

Hotel is nearby church. Deluxe room has enough space for a family of four. In-house restaurant available in Hotel Sea Gate, but additional charges for room service. Don't ask for an extra towel, one room only two will be provided, so carry your own extra towels. Overall its a nice place for family staycation.

Very nice place to stay, stay behaviour is excellent, but the management has to check the towels and mugs in the wash room, the mug was leaking and the towels were very old needs immediate replacement.

people working in Hotel Sea Gate are so supportive my kids enjoyed in swimming 🏊‍♀️ pool especially...also very near to chruch view of chruch also quiet ok....

I have really enjoyed a lot in the last stays in sea gate Hotel Sea Gate, especially my children enjoyed lot in swimming pool and also very near to church, overall we had a great day

we landed on 31st Eve. went straight to the Hotel Sea Gate. after relaxing we went to the church which is walking distance from here. all went good 💯

Great location near morning star church with good parking facilities. Food was good but with limited varieties. The price of food was a bit higher. Amenities were good with swimming pool. The rooms and corridors were clean. House management team was hospitable.
