HOTEL SHANTI KUTIR

I stayed for 4 nights but room was cleaned by housekeeping only after my reminding them. Room keys were always left at the reception.
This is a new HOTEL SHANTI KUTIR. Owner has put in money. It is up-to staff to keep it clean. Training is required. I do not know whether there is less staff but in absence of proper coffee shop restaurant, trays should be cleared quickly from rooms or common sitting area, which has been created around 6 rooms on each floor. Quite a good idea, but should be kept clean, specifically cleaning up of empty plates, trays to keep area free of stale food smell.

Stayed at Hotel for two nights. Location is good but approach is narrow. Room is smaller than expected according to the cost. Interiors are good. However there is claustrophobic feeling at times. There is a shared balcony but no jail door to avoid mosquitoes. Washrooms are clean. Food is good. Overall an average experience.

The place is essentially a whole residential building converted to a HOTEL SHANTI KUTIR. The 3 BHK are changed into HOTEL SHANTI KUTIRs suites with the bedrooms making up the stay rooms and the hall being a common area. The feel and interior is well made and you always feel as if it was a conventional HOTEL SHANTI KUTIR.

Good location, fairly new HOTEL SHANTI KUTIR hence everything is fresh but regular maintenance and good housekeeping is key word. Presently staff is short and they need training. Not self motivated. But management is quite receptive and open. I am sure this will be taken care of.

Excellent service available 24x7 with almost all dishes. Its more like an apartment where you get to enjoy lavish living area and dining area. The rooms are well maintained and staff are courteous. It will definitely give you feeling of home away from home.

Though the room is small in size but enough for business and solo travel. Staff and service is up to the mark. So impressed with everything there. Above all there 24 hours food availability. Comfortable beds and prime location. Thumbs up to them.

Located in high class locality and rooms are nicely done Food menu over priced Clean room Breakfast average Hotel entrance narrow only one car can pass at a time and lacks parking facility, security will ask you to Park your car outside on Road

This place is very decently priced. Located in the posh locality of Swaroopnagar. It was surprising that most people in the area didn't know about the property. Friendly staff, quick room service. I certainly recommend the place.

Room tariff is high but the room ambiance is very cozy and quiet. Breakfast is very tasty. Only draw back is non-availability of parking space in which they are working hope to see it's availability during next visit.

Parking is a big mess here else HOTEL SHANTI KUTIR is pretty good. Services might be a challenge sometimes due to lack of staff, else pretty mice place in Kanpur to stay.

Value for money. Good place to stay.

Hotel was good and stay was very nice, things need to improve in reducing the food cost which is very high.

Food quality and service was excellent.
Rooms are fine and well maintained it's there is no ventilation in rooms.

Overall staying was good. Breakfast was ok but not very good in that price range. Room decoration was impressive. Overall nice experience

Newly built HOTEL SHANTI KUTIR, good plush interiors, aptly priced and delicious food. Staff is friendly.
