Had a very pleasant stay & the staff was very cooperative

Property is good food is excellent with reasonable price but air conditioner was not working properly no cooling at all

बहुत ही बकवास सर्विस है। मैरेज गार्डन को रिजॉर्ट की तरह चला रहे है। न टीवी चलती है न नहाने का पानी आता है। बेसिक फैसिल्ट लाइक पीने का पानी ताकि भी नि देते है। इंटरकॉम को ब्लॉक करके रखते है। स्विमिंग पूल की फोटो दिखाते है अट्रैक्ट करने के लिए लेकिन उसमे नहाना और पास जाना भी एलो नही है। कीड़े मकोड़े भी बहुत है। रिजॉर्ट के नाम पर इससे अच्छा तो होटल लेना चाहिए था।

Good and clean rooms but no complimentary breakfast or no arrangement of breakfast for guest going for morning safari. Not able to use swimming pool because management doesn’t allow then better to remove it from amenities. Ok restaurant with good food.

It's a good place to plan your stay, especially when the surroundings aren't as decent. The good is good too so you don't have to worry about that as well. Though the female staff wasn't as decent (they would blow whistles and pass comments (i was traveling with my younger brother and we are almost always mistaken for a couple)

Sri vivek sonia owner of the resort is very good person he has arranged safari though all safari are already booked. Very nice person

Stay was good. Room size is excellent but toilet needs more maintenance, it wasn't up to the mark. Resy was ok

We were 6 friends traveling for tiger safari Panna so booked shanvi hotel and resort. This hotel is only interested in marriage bookings. We were insulted for asking for swimming pool and spa services.

Room was full with insects. My worst experience in life. People who are working in this hotel are not professionals. People coming from metro cities please be aware about this hotel. Don’t expect any kind of services in this hotel. It’s just a marriage garden.

Very nice place to stay, food is delicious, staff is also well mannered. Located at highway, not much activities in hotel, but for panna it is good hotel.

Hotel staff didn't clean the room before the check -in, we asked for 2 towels for 2 people. We waited for more than 24 hours just to get 1 towel. Though hotel staff was cordial. The gm at the hotel name mr. Arch-it chandra (don't remember the name correctly) doesn't have basic etiquettes to speak with a customer.

It was nice, and cool experience, food was more expensive, food quality was ok but room service was good, I recommend this place.

It is the only Hotel in Panna where you can stay with family.

Had a good experience, cozy, clean and comfortable rooms. Good service, good food. Had issue in the first night only with service, since there was a party organized hence the menu was limited and took Long to be served. humble staff.
On the first night they had a party order, hence the menu was limited and service took time. Heater was available and should have been provided upfront given the low temperatures, it was only after enquiring that the heater was provided.

I lost a package which contained my footwear while checking out, it was stolen by the staff when the luggage was being transferred to my car. As the package was small I couldn't detect its absence before leaving, when I realized I informed the manager immediately and he assured me he would call back but he never did. I tried calling him again but there was no further response. As a guest we expect the best of services by paying money and also trust the hotel staff, but having been taken advantage of like this is completely unacceptable. I would urge the MakeMyTrip portal to discredit them of the assured status right away.

Hotels infrastructure is good but services are not upto the mark.
