I liked everything. I travel a lot and know what i'm talking about. The Hotel Shiva Lake makes you feel at home. The staff cares about your every step. They help with everything. Excessive attention. Here you can relax and feel real comfort. The rooms are clean, comfortable, there is water and fruit every day. You can eat breakfast for the whole day. Huge selection of dishes from different cuisines of the world. Many thanks to the staff for the level of service.

The room was pretty good. Impressed by the excellent service. The staff was attentive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The rooms were not only comfortable but also well-appointed, providing a relaxing retreat. The dining options exceeded my expectations, offering a diverse menu with delicious choices. Overall, its exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and enticing dining experiences. Highly recommended!

Lovely place to stay…we planned for a 1nights stay , but at the end of our trip we wanted to stay more in this place. Really happy to stay at this property, amazing hospitality and Awesome food. Chefs are simply amazing, they cook it as per your choice and taste…. Location is easily approachable, polite and friendly staff, always ready to cater you at any point of time during the day/night.

According to me. The Hotel Shiva Lake is very good maintenance. Especially first thinking very low price. And very comfortable with window ac tv wi-fi all facilities available here. The staff behaviour is very good. They always support for every time.

The room was very good, clean and well taken care of with an outstanding view. Breakfast spread was extensive and preparation was very good. The staff was very polite, specially the one's at the reception were outstanding.
