It was a good average experience at the property. Food was good as per our expectations. Room size was good was with balcony .

Had an amazing stay! The property was beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained - but what truly made the experience special was the incredible staff. They went above and beyond to take care of every little detail, making us feel completely at home. Their warmth and hospitality were unmatched. Truly one of the best stays I’ve had - will definitely be booking again soon!

The room was not as per the photos attached. The Tv was not working and the Buffet was good and the food was also fine.

We traveled with family and found the best hotel in kasauli very friendly staff and a familiar atmosphere they had a very beautiful open terrace cafe with greenery all around the playing zone available for kids and adults as well the food was very tasty and we would stay here again in future.

The hotel was nice and room was good. It was neat and clean but the service was not upto the mark. Despite repeated reminders need full was not done. Food was also not good. 2. The stay in hotel choice garden zirakpur was really worst experience. Construction work was going on in front of the room allotted to us. It continued till 7. 30 pm and started again in the following morning. It was dusty inside and outside. Wash basin in the washroom was blocked. The only positive thing was that food served was very good.

I booked super deluxe room however the property is old this you can see in the washrooms, furniture doors etc. The view from room balcony, service and food was good.

It was cozi stay beautiful greenery all around food taste was fresh and yummy children had lots of enjoy at playing zone totally worth it.
